Maros Apartment – House Rules

Check-in / Check-out

The apartment is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

The apartment operates with a key-card entry system. Key cards are handed over on-site after registration and remain valid until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Payment

Accommodation fees are payable upon arrival in cash (HUF / EUR / RON).

No refund will be provided in the event of early departure before the end of the reserved stay.

Parking

Free public parking is available for our guests in front of and behind the apartment building.

Smoking

Smoking and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited inside the building.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

If smoking occurs inside the apartment, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Smoke detectors are installed throughout the property.

Use of the Apartment and Facilities

The apartment may only be used by registered guests.

Please use all furniture, equipment, and facilities responsibly and as intended.

The complimentary bicycles are used at the guest's own risk. After use, please ensure that they are properly locked and returned to their designated location.

Furniture, equipment, towels, blankets, bed linen, and other items provided in the apartment must not be removed from the property.

Upon departure, the apartment will be inspected. Any costs resulting from damage caused during the stay will be charged to the guest.

Before leaving the apartment, please ensure that the air conditioning, lights, and electrical appliances are switched off and that all water taps are fully closed.

Please use the air-conditioning system responsibly and switch it off when leaving the apartment.

The property owner accepts no responsibility for unattended personal belongings, including cash, jewelry, or other valuables.

Noise Policy

Loud noise, parties, and disruptive behavior are not permitted at any time.

Please refrain from noise-producing activities between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

When returning to the apartment during late evening or early morning hours, please be considerate of other residents and avoid making excessive noise in the street or within the building.

Pets

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted for hygiene reasons.

Violation of House Rules

In the event of a serious or repeated violation of these House Rules, the accommodation provider reserves the right to refuse or terminate accommodation services without refund.
