House Rules of Maros Apartment

Check-in / Check-out:

The accommodation is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

A key card access system is in operation. Key cards are handed over on site after registration; the cards open the apartment door until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Payment:

The accommodation fee is to be paid in cash upon arrival (HUF / EUR / RON). In case of early departure before the reserved date, the accommodation fee is non-refundable.

Use of parking:

Free public parking is available for guests in front of and behind the apartment.

Smoking:

Smoking and the use of open flames inside the building are strictly FORBIDDEN! Smoking is only allowed in designated areas!

If smoking nevertheless takes place in the room, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. Smoke detectors are installed in every room.

Use of rooms and furnishings:

The apartment may only be used by registered guests.

Furnishings and equipment must be used only for their intended purpose.

The complimentary bicycles are used at the guests’ own risk. After use, they must be returned and locked.

It is forbidden to remove the room furnishings and equipment from the house, including towels, blankets, bed linen, etc.

Upon departure, the rooms are inspected and any costs arising from damage are charged to the guest.

When leaving the room, it must be ensured that the air conditioning and lights are switched off and the water taps are closed.

The air conditioning unit must be used properly and switched off when leaving.

No responsibility is accepted for personal valuables left unattended, such as money, jewellery, etc.
